We specialize in curating elegant picnics in the Winelands, including intimate gatherings, weddings, kitchen teas, baby showers, and other special occasions. Our services encompass setup, décor, and catering, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

The inclusions in your picnic package depend on the option you select.

For a setup-only package, we provide:

• Picnic Tables: Elegantly arranged to suit your chosen theme.

• Cushions and Seating: Comfortable seating options for your guests.

• Tableware: Glassware, crockery, and cutlery.

• Decor: Beautiful fresh flowers and exquisite décor, thoughtfully curated in your chosen color scheme.

For a set up & food package, we offer additional options:

• Food and Beverages: A selection of cheeses, cold meats, fresh bread, crackers, nuts, biltong, olives, two flavorful dips, seasonal fresh fruit, and indulgent sweet treats.

• Beverages: A choice of refreshing water and a wine or Méthode Cap Classique (MCC) of your preference.

You can have your picnic anywhere you choose, we can also suggest venues and areas that would be suitable to use for a picnic. For travel outside of Paarl, we charge a fee. To find out more, please get in touch with us.

Picnics cancelled with a full months notice will receive 80% refund.

The reason for only 80%, is because, once a booking is made, any additonal decor items to suit your color scheme / theme are bought or outsourced

Picnics cancelled with more than one weeks notice will receive 50% refund.
